Radio Classique — Paris 8 — Partnerships and Communications Intern (6-month full-time internship starting July 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy & Development team in the operational supervision of artistic and institutional partnerships: implement action plans, coordinate promotional deployments and program advertising diffusion schedules.
- Monitor studio production of sponsored messages and media assets; liaise with production teams to ensure deliverables meet brief and deadlines.
- Draft and review partnership contracts in coordination with the legal department; manage basic reporting and invoicing related to partnerships.
- Assist in the production follow-up of events and commercial products linked to diversification initiatives (concerts, conferences, publishing projects, podcasts, CD releases).
- Coordinate communication outputs with the graphic agency: prepare communication materials, oversee signage/point-of-sale displays and support digital promotion of collaborations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s or final-year Bachelor) program in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.
- Excellent written French and strong editorial skills suitable for media communications.
- High degree of organisation, rigor, autonomy and initiative; able to manage multiple operational tasks and deadlines.
- Proven client- and audience-oriented mindset; comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic knowledge of Photoshop.
