Mezzo — Paris: Partnerships and Advertising Operations Intern. Support sponsorships, ad sales, PR and partnership activations for Mezzo's international music channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage partnership files in France and internationally: follow contracts from submission to signature, coordinate activation and partner relations, and liaise with programming, production and marketing teams.
- Prepare and coordinate the monthly 'CD TOP MEZZO' selection by requesting and collecting materials from record labels.
- Support business development for the in‑house ad sales team: market monitoring, prospecting potential advertisers and drafting commercial proposals.
- Operate internal ad sales duties: manage online advertising schedules, prepare quotes and contracts, track campaigns and follow production of TV spots; produce post‑campaign diffusion reports.
- Support PR activities for France and international markets: invitation dispatch, follow‑ups and on‑site event coordination (cocktails, receptions).
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of diversification initiatives (for example music travel operations) and general partnership reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (commerce, cultural management, arts business, IEP or equivalent).
- Commercial sensibility with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in classical music and jazz, with knowledge of repertoire and stakeholders in the live and recording sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, rigor and intellectual curiosity.

Entry‑level internship. Suitable for students with little or no professional experience; previous internships in media, partnerships, sponsorship or ad sales are an advantage.
Education
Master's level student in business, cultural/arts management, communications or an IEP (or equivalent).
