Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of mystery shopping questionnaires, scoring frameworks, and field observation guides
- Support operational implementation of client research projects from brief to execution
- Brief field teams and service providers on project requirements and protocols
- Monitor field execution and conduct quality assurance reviews of mystery audit reports
- Analyze collected data and construct narrative-driven research reports
- Format and present findings in visually compelling deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4 minimum) or equivalent
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
