Master Data and Cash Management Assistant apprenticeship at Les Échos – Le Parisien Group in Paris. Full-time, on-site role within LVMH's media subsidiary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and enhance third-party reference data management, ensuring quality and completeness of vendor and customer master data in SAP
- Create and modify vendor and customer records within SAP, maintaining SIRET alignment and intra-community VAT number accuracy
- Analyze and correct data interface rejections using SAP SM35 functionality, coordinating with control, accounting, and IT teams as required
- Implement data quality protocols and monitoring rules across upstream billing systems to enforce SAP governance standards
- Serve as primary contact with banking partners, participating in service improvement meetings and managing capital increases for group entities
- Administer and maintain banking access authorizations, including creation and modification of remote banking credentials and payment signing matrices
- Manage the SAPPHIRE banking communication and treasury tool, including user administration, new account integration, and payment batch reconciliation
- Process interbank transfers and subscriber payment files while ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks
- Participate in internal control reviews, new third-party surveillance governance, and staff training initiatives
- Support integration of new entities, banking accounts, and cash pooling structures within the group treasury ecosystem
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (third year) or Master's degree (level 1 or 2)
- Foundational knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP architecture and data governance
- Understanding of financial processes including vendor management, cash management, and banking operations
- Familiarity with data quality concepts and relational database principles
- Ability to work with structured data and reconcile information across multiple systems
