Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien is seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant intern to support B2B events, sales administration and trade fair partnerships at Les Echos. The role is a full-time internship in Paris and spans event logistics and communications, reporting and sales support, and partner campaign coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the organisation and logistics of Club Les Echos events, including liaising with providers such as the studio, agency, host staff and registration platform.
- Manage and update the in-person and remote participant database through the dedicated platform.
- Coordinate the Club’s LinkedIn communications, including creative briefs with the agency and drafting and publishing posts.
- Monitor audience indicators and prepare reports for partners and internal teams.
- Generate and format weekly commercial activity reports.
- Share business results with the B2B team.
- Monitor invoice payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Support the sales team by responding to customer enquiries and updating databases.
- Identify new prospects through active monitoring of trade fairs, conferences and professional events aligned with Les Echos’ editorial focus.
- Monitor negotiations and participate in discussions with partners.
- Manage contracts’ administrative and legal processes in coordination with accounting, advertising operations and customer service teams.
- Book advertising space in coordination with the traffic department.
- Collect and validate partner visuals against technical and editorial standards.
- Monitor the delivery of print, digital and email campaigns and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently preparing a Bac+4/5 qualification at a business school or equivalent programme.
- Seeking a stimulating end-of-studies or gap-year internship in a media environment.
- Rigorous, organised and reliable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Strong interest in marketing, sales and events.
