Les Echos Le Parisien — Paris: Marketing & Commercial Intern (internship) supporting Club Les Echos events, B2B sales administration and Salons & Events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support organisation and logistics for Club Les Echos (≈40%): coordinate suppliers (studio, agency, hostesses), manage registration platform and attendee databases (onsite and virtual), draft and publish LinkedIn communications, and produce audience reporting for partners and internal teams.
  • Assist sales administration (≈30%): prepare weekly commercial activity reports, circulate business results within the B2B team, monitor invoice payments and chase outstanding receivables, and respond to client enquiries while updating CRM and contact databases.
  • Support Salons & Events activity (≈30%): conduct prospecting to identify suitable trade shows and partners, follow negotiation processes and partner communications, manage administrative and contractual workflows with accounting and commercial teams, coordinate ad-space bookings with traffic, validate partner creative assets, and monitor campaign execution and partner satisfaction.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional coordination between editorial, commercial and production teams to ensure quality delivery of events and partner programmes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) programme in business school or equivalent; seeking an end‑of‑studies or gap‑year internship.
  • Proven organisational rigour, reliability and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Marked interest in marketing, commercial operations and event management within a media or B2B context.
  • Curiosity for economic and financial news and the B2B media landscape.
  • Comfortable with digital tools: CRM, registration platforms, social media and reporting tools.
  • Available to work on site in Paris.
