Les Echos Le Parisien — Paris: Marketing & Commercial Intern (alternance) in the Diffusion department, focused on events, commercial reporting and partner relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end organisation of Club Les Echos conferences: coordinate vendors (studio, agencies, hostesses), manage logistics and on-site/digital set-up.
- Maintain and update participant databases for in-person and virtual events using the dedicated platform; ensure data quality and segmentation.
- Manage the Club's LinkedIn communication: liaise with the creative agency, draft and publish posts, and follow content schedules.
- Monitor audience metrics and produce reporting for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and format weekly commercial activity reports; circulate business results across the B2B team.
- Track invoice payments, follow up on arrears and support basic accounts receivable administration.
- Support client-facing commercial activity by responding to customer enquiries and maintaining sales databases.
- Prospect and identify new trade-show and event partners; assist with negotiation follow-up and partner communications.
- Coordinate administrative and contractual processes with accounting, ad ops (trafic) and customer service teams.
- Manage partner creative assets: validate technical and editorial specifications and monitor campaign delivery (print, digital, emailings) and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, business, communications or equivalent (alternance/work-study track).
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and event logistics.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for social media and partner communications.
- Analytical aptitude for KPI monitoring and experience producing clear commercial reports.
- Professional interpersonal skills and experience working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Digital literacy and comfort with social platforms (especially LinkedIn) and basic CRM or database tools.
- Availability to work on site in Paris and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Open to beginners; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience or prior internships in marketing, events, commercial support or media. Previous exposure to B2B events or sales support is a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent, on a work-study/alternance track.
