Role & Responsibilities
- Support distribution and promotion of editorial content across newsletters, emailings, push notifications and social channels, in close collaboration with editorial teams.
- Monitor content performance and produce regular reporting to inform optimisation of distribution and editorial choices.
- Manage and contribute to the evolution of group newsletters: content selection, routing coordination and KPI analysis, proposing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Track and analyse video performance across site, YouTube and social platforms; produce weekly performance syntheses and actionable editorial recommendations.
- Identify publication timing and content levers to increase visibility and audience engagement, and present pragmatic proposals to editors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (business school or university) — media, marketing, communication or digital disciplines preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a keen interest in news and media.
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling quantitative data and KPIs.
- Good digital culture, familiarity with online distribution channels and audience metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel is strongly preferred.

Entry-level / student internship. No prior professional experience required; coursework or project experience in digital media, analytics or marketing is advantageous.
