Role & Responsibilities
- Manage image sourcing: collect, follow up and dispatch photographs to editors within set deadlines.
- Verify image quality and suitability for print and digital reproduction.
- Draft accurate, publication-ready captions and check practical information related to images.
- Clear copyrights and usage rights for all visual assets and maintain records of permissions.
- Coordinate and organise photo-reportages and liaise with photographers and external contributors.
- Support communications and events (approximately 20%): manage guest lists, send invitations, track RSVPs, prepare event materials and welcome guests at private morning visits.
- Contribute occasional editorial writing for the magazine and website depending on skillset and interest.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in art history, journalism, communication or a related discipline.
- Highly organised, autonomous and adaptable with strong time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with photographers, curators and external partners.
- Strong interest in the visual arts and familiarity with the contemporary art ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Open to beginners and students; previous internships or coursework in editorial production, art publications, museum/media environments or communications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in art history, journalism, communication, media studies or a related field.
