Les Echos – Le Parisien Group seeks HR Development & Engagement Apprentice in Paris, France. One- or two-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the conception and implementation of collective training programs across all key development areas
- Design and execute projects focused on employee health, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Support program execution from conception to implementation, collaborating with the existing HR team
- Animate and coordinate activities for Manager and Student Communities
- Assist with occasional recruitment of interns and apprentices
- Develop and deliver diverse program formats to engage employees on targeted topics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with a focus on training, employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity topics
- Strong personal interest in HR development, workplace engagement, and diversity and inclusion practices
- Ability to manage projects from ideation through execution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
