Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Transformation and HR Innovation in designing and operationalising collective training programmes across strategic HR axes.
- Coordinate and deploy projects relating to employee engagement, workplace health, diversity and inclusion from concept through execution.
- Animate and manage communities of practice (Managers and Students), developing formats and activities to foster participation and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to recruitment activities for interns and alternants, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Organise events and campaigns (workshops, webinars, on-site sessions) and ensure logistical and communication follow-through.
- Monitor and report on programme KPIs, collect feedback and propose continuous improvements in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a focus on HR, organisational development, management, sociology or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in training, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion themes.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and a collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to animate groups and deliver engaging sessions.
- Availability to begin the alternance in September 2026 and commit to a 1- or 2-year apprenticeship on site in Paris.
