Event Project Coordinator internship at Les Échos Le Parisien Médias in Paris, supporting communications and event initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in organizing external and internal events including soirées, research presentations, lunches, dinners, and private viewings
- Support development of event projects and make proactive proposals regarding venue selection, vendor coordination, entertainment, and logistics
- Coordinate on-site logistics on event day and ensure smooth execution, including vendor relations and guest management
- Maintain and track the six-month event calendar in collaboration with the commercial and partnerships departments
- Assist with invitation management, including creative briefs for materials, file tracking, and personalized follow-ups
- Support the Communications team with brainstorming sessions, creative briefs, and production of digital and social media content including social networks, website, and newsletters
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a specialized communications school, business school, IAE, university, or equivalent program
- Strong interest in media and publishing
- Demonstrated creative ability combined with methodical attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong collaborative spirit
- Prior experience in event coordination or similar function is a plus

Entry-level; prior event coordination experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Student enrolled in communications, business school, IAE, or university program or equivalent qualification.
