Editorial Assistant (work-study) position at In Fine éditions d'art in Paris. Support editorial and production operations for prestigious art publications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and track project progress across editorial and production workflows
- Participate in editorial and production meetings with institutional partners and external vendors
- Compile and organize textual and visual components for publication development
- Conduct iconographic research, compile indexes and bibliographies
- Perform proofreading, verification, and correction management
- Monitor file integrity and production standards
- Track budgets and expenses across publication projects
- Prepare and manage author rights contracts
- Transmit production documentation and proofs to commercial departments
- Coordinate color corrections and proofing revisions with external vendors
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Publishing
