Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Editorial and Production Manager in coordinating all phases of publication projects
- Establish project schedules and monitor progress across editorial and production workflows
- Participate in editorial and production meetings with museum partners, galleries, and artistic institutions
- Conduct iconographic research, compile indices, and prepare bibliographies
- Manage proofreading, error tracking, and correction integration
- Oversee file management and quality control, including colour and layout corrections
- Track project budgets and financial documentation
- Draft and manage author rights contracts
- Coordinate communications with external vendors including designers, editors, correctors, and printers
- Liaise with internal commercial, legal, and financial departments
- Transmit project information to commercial teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in Publishing (M2 Édition)
- Demonstrated passion for art history and the visual arts
- Knowledge of the complete graphic design and production chain
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and precision in editorial work

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Publishing (M2 Édition) or equivalent advanced publishing qualification.
