Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy email campaigns targeting subscribers and prospects, including communication schedules, collaboration with editorial and creative teams, email creation and programming in the CRM platform, and audience segmentation
- Participate in the implementation and rollout of marketing automation workflows such as welcome journeys, subscription renewal management, and resubscription propositions
- Support the logistical organization of finance-focused professional events, implement CRM communication mechanics (pre- and post-event), and maintain event website content including replay videos
- Prepare briefs for LinkedIn posts and video content to promote the Capital Finance offering; oversee partner collaborations and write compelling copy for article paywalls
- Assist in portfolio performance tracking and reporting—monitor overall subscriber portfolio health, sectorial trends, sales team performance, new subscriber acquisition, and outstanding payments
Qualifications
