Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien is seeking a Digital Audience and Paid Media Specialist intern to support audience development and paid media campaigns across its media brands, with a focus on culture for audience growth. The full-time internship includes content distribution, campaign execution, performance reporting, creative production, and collaboration with editorial teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategy for distributing content, improving content performance, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Help distribute and promote content across digital channels.
- Contribute to audience growth for the media brands.
- Help develop and implement paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Apple, and other platforms as needed.
- Monitor audience performance, including traffic, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports and recommend optimization measures.
- Create visuals and videos, and write content for paid media campaigns.
- Identify the best-performing topics, formats, and acquisition levers.
- Monitor social media, culture, and digital acquisition trends.
- Collaborate with editorial teams and newsrooms to maximize content visibility.
Qualifications
- Currently studying business, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or a related university program, including at Sciences Po, at Bac+4/5 level.
- Strong interest in media, culture, and current affairs.
- Good understanding of social networks and digital usage.
- Sensitivity to performance, audience, and data considerations.
- Comfortable using Excel and working with figures.
- Curiosity, rigor, analytical thinking, and ability to make recommendations.
