Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse audience performance metrics — traffic, engagement, reach and conversions — and produce regular reports with actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Create campaign creative assets (visuals and short videos) and draft copy for paid media activations.
  • Identify the highest‑performing topics, formats and acquisition levers and feed insights into editorial and commercial stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing market and social media trend monitoring to inform acquisition tactics and creative experimentation.
  • Collaborate transversally with editorial, commercial and product teams to align paid strategy with broader audience objectives.

Qualifications

  • Current Master‑level student (Bac+4/5) in business, communications, journalism, digital marketing or a related university programme (Sciences Po accepted).
  • Strong interest in media, culture and current affairs with an appetite for audience development.
  • Solid numerical literacy and comfort working with Excel for reporting and basic analysis.
  • Good understanding of social networks, digital user behaviour and performance marketing principles.
  • Curiosity, analytical rigour and the capacity to propose pragmatic optimisation ideas.
  • Familiarity with creative software such as Photoshop is a plus.
