Medici.tv seeks Customer Loyalty Project Manager intern in Paris. Support retention and subscriber engagement initiatives within a leading classical music streaming platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer service operations and support requests using Zendesk, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with the Loyalty Manager on subscriber retention projects and loyalty program initiatives
- Execute test scenarios based on user feedback and technical team coordination
- Monitor and manage online reputation across third-party review platforms including Trustpilot and Apple Store
- Conduct competitive analysis and report findings to inform strategic positioning
- Serve as liaison between customer feedback and the technical development team
- Generate reporting and analytics on customer loyalty and retention metrics
Qualifications
