Citadelles & Mazenod seeks a Cultural Representative for departments 14, 27, 50, 61 and 76, responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, serving education professionals and private customers, and attending book fairs. The role is a permanent, part-time position with non-exclusive VRP status; compensation includes a fixed gross salary of €2,000 per month plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize sales and prospecting visits to schools and private customers across departments 14, 27, 50, 61 and 76.
- Present the catalogue, including backlist titles and new releases; transmit orders; manage returns and billing disputes; retain customers and strengthen commercial relationships.
- Implement subscription campaigns.
- Attend book fairs, including setting up and staffing the stand and making sales.
- Prospect for new customers and book fairs during sales visits.
- Report all territory sales information to the Sales Manager weekly.
- Develop and manage the assigned territory, including prospecting, customer development, retention and follow-up with education professionals and private customers.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience.
- Autonomous, organized and motivated by challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity and rigor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Personal vehicle required.
