Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive prospecting and development of a professional clientele (accountants, lawyers, notaries) for legal formalities and legal notices — telephone outreach and follow‑up of leads generated by the sales team (≈70% of time).
  • Present service offers and communication support to prospects; contribute to call strategy and scripted approaches for outbound activity.
  • Maintain and enrich the CRM: build a comprehensive client database, update records and manage segmentation for targeting and retention.
  • Design and implement client retention campaigns (first‑announcement follow‑ups, win‑back flows, network reactivation) and monitor campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct commercial intelligence and press/regulatory monitoring relevant to the accounting and legal professions to identify prospecting opportunities.
  • Produce monthly consumption analyses and ad hoc studies to track client behaviour, account transitions and revenue/visibility correlations.
  • Provide customer‑facing support on occasional requests (quotes, account setup) and manage high‑value partnership follow‑ups.
  • Support marketing and events activity (≈30% of time): participate in trade congresses, coordinate client events, manage communication plans and report post‑campaign indicators.
