Groupe Les Echos Le Parisien — Paris: Commercial Management Controller (apprenticeship) supporting forecasting, reporting and programmatic partner billing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality controls on commercial databases and systems (Adresa, QC, export Adresa) to ensure accuracy of sales and campaign data.
- Liaise with commercial teams to request and track corrections of data entries and ensure follow-through.
- Support weekly revenue forecasting: update and monitor commercial and executive-level forecasts.
- Prepare and produce routine and ad hoc revenue reporting for monitoring of turnover (including Special Operations, HR BU) and for senior management.
- Contribute to monthly financial close activities and assist in reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly revenue follow-up meetings with programmatic partners.
- Manage billing calls and accounting provisions related to programmatic partners.
- Maintain and update monthly external declarations and audience/measurement reports (Netindex, Kantar, SRI, IREP).
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (or equivalent) specialised in management control, finance or a closely related discipline.
- Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage) — 1- or 2-year alternance.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail to guarantee data reliability and quality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, anticipate and work with agility under deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and clear written/verbal reporting.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates at the start of their professional career; no prior full-time experience required. Position is designed as a 1–2 year apprenticeship.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 (or equivalent) in management control, finance, accounting or a related discipline; apprenticeship contract required.
