Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, creation and deployment of B2B email campaigns: plan communications, coordinate with journalists and creative teams, manage feedback cycles, create and schedule emails in the CRM, and implement audience segmentations.
- Contribute to the redesign and rollout of marketing automation journeys (welcome flows, end-of-subscription, renewal reactivation, etc.).
- Provide logistical and communication support for professional events: assist on event set-up, implement pre- and post-event CRM workflows, and maintain event pages and replay assets on the event website.
- Draft briefs for LinkedIn posts and video montages to increase awareness of the Capital Finance offering; coordinate partnership activations and update paywall wording for article conversion.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assist portfolio management: track overall subscriber portfolio and breakouts by sector and salesperson, report on new subscribers and unpaid accounts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's program (business school or university) in marketing, communication, business or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for concise, engaging copy.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with numbers and performance indicators.
- Solid digital literacy and familiarity with online marketing practices; proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Organised, proactive, and able to coordinate across editorial, creative and commercial teams.
