Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify event, trade show and conference organisers whose formats align with the editorial line; maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Organise and prepare presentation meetings for prospective partners and support the commercial lead during negotiations.
• Negotiate and execute partnership agreements; manage contract implementation and follow-up across internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate venue and exhibition space reservations in liaison with relevant internal teams and external suppliers.
• Collect partner creative assets and ensure technical and editorial compliance with media specifications.
• Oversee delivery of partner campaigns across print, digital and email channels and report campaign KPIs to partners.
• Collaborate on the programming and scheduling of partner emailings and track campaign performance.
• Provide operational support to the commercial team during Les Echos events (breakfasts, conferences, afterworks) and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Maintain and update commercial databases, manage subscription renewals and contribute to activity reporting and statistics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master-level programme (M2) at a business school, or an equivalent degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable interest in media, events or B2B partnerships.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for contract and campaign follow-through.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills; capacity to represent the media brand in a professional manner.
• Available for a full-time apprenticeship based on-site in Paris.

Experience

Entry-level / suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience. Previous internships or short-term experience in sales, events or media partnerships are advantageous but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Master 2 (M2) programme in a business school, marketing, communications or equivalent.
