Groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien seeks an editorial content intern in Paris to assist web production. BAC+2/3 required; journalism or digital communication background preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proofread and optimize editorial content to ensure consistency with the publication's editorial standards and style guidelines
  • Format and publish content using the CMS platform to the publication's digital properties
  • Select and integrate relevant imagery to enhance article quality and engagement
  • Contribute to the production of editorial content across existing vertical properties (shopping guides, gardening, games, and related lifestyle content)
  • Collaborate on the launch and content production for forthcoming lifestyle-focused editorial verticals
  • Manage social media animation and community engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms in coordination with published content

Qualifications

  • Minimum BAC+2/3 (equivalent to two-to-three years post-secondary education)
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in journalism, web writing, digital communication, marketing, or equivalent discipline
  • Excellent written French with strong orthographic accuracy and editorial judgment
  • Demonstrated interest in current events, digital media, and the editorial topics addressed by the publication's verticals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
