Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop advertising client relationships for Radio Classique
- Manage weekly reporting to internal teams regarding advertising business activity
- Generate purchase orders, draft contractual agreements, and ensure proper execution and signature
- Create communications and commercial proposals for special advertising operations
- Monitor campaign progress according to production timelines
- Conduct research and source documentation for advertisement copy
- Write and edit advertisement text and copy revisions
- Coordinate talent booking for radio spot production
- Research and select music for audio mixing
- Collaborate with sound engineers on mixing sessions
- Distribute mixed spots and final copy to clients
- Follow up on client validations and approvals for spots and text
- Attend meetings with clients and advertising agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2 to BAC+5)
- Commercial or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with standard office software tools
