Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Associate represents Goyard’s values of exclusivity, respect, discretion, and excellence through personalized service and support for daily boutique operations. The role pays $22 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a commission and bonus structure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while supporting boutique objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience.
- Develop strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and craftsmanship.
- Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and client service.
- Assist with stockroom organization, shipments, and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client books.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
