Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Marquage Workshop Associate supports daily administrative and operational functions at Goyard’s Rodeo Drive Workshop, including merchandise flow, tracking, quality checks, shipments, stock and orders, stencil creation, and special projects. The role supports workshop coordination and client and boutique follow-up; the appointed candidate will receive $25.00 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support workshop organization, including batch assignments and quality checks.
- Liaise with boutiques and clients regarding Marquage status and follow-up.
- Receive shipments and support inbound and outbound packaging.
- Maintain accurate stock, queue, order, and shipment information.
- Create FedEx labels and maintain Marquage order trackers and documentation.
- Prepare reports for management as requested.
- Support alignment across U.S. Marquage workshops in accordance with Global HQ standards.
- Create stencils and assist with Marquage events, email management, and special projects.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and brand standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidance from senior Marquage personnel.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with stencil creation and hands-on workshop support.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar position; luxury retail experience preferred.
