Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture of business applications for billing, after-sales service, logistics, and interfaces between systems.
• Analyse requirements with project managers and business teams, then validate technical specifications.
• Develop complex components in .NET and SQL Server.
• Contribute to integrating cloud applications and synchronising data exchanges through Azure Service Bus.
• Organise and monitor development work, lead code reviews, and share best practices.
• Define development standards for Git, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and technical documentation.
• Support the use of coding assistants and generative AI, with particular attention to confidentiality, security, and human validation.
• Facilitate cross-functional technical coordination with other IT teams.
• Encourage the team to understand business challenges and embody a value-oriented approach.
• Support project managers throughout the application lifecycle and provide Level 3 support.
• Contribute to the security and availability of systems and data in collaboration with the Infrastructure team and the CISO.
• Recommend appropriate improvements, including modernisation, cloud migration, and technical debt reduction.
• Advise developers as they develop their skills and work closely with project managers, business teams, and other IT teams.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience, including 3 years as a Tech Lead or technical reference.
• A background in IT.
• Strong command of .NET, including C#, VB, and REST APIs.
• Strong command of SQL Server, with a focus on performance and high availability.
• Knowledge of Azure, Azure Service Bus, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of application architectures and hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.
• Experience in retail IT or distribution networks in an international context.
• Experience in luxury and/or multicultural environments is strongly recommended.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Combines technical rigour, autonomy, and teamwork; demonstrates attentive, supportive leadership and the ability to make clear decisions.
• Able to explain technical topics accessibly, share expertise, and manage priorities judiciously, including in urgent situations.
• Uses generative AI tools judiciously and can evaluate their output.
