The Gift Wrapper supports the sales team at Goyard’s Paris boutique, helping maintain smooth customer flow and high-quality service. Responsibilities include wrapping purchases, managing packaging supplies, welcoming clients, and covering the Doorman’s duties during absences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Wrap purchases in accordance with the House’s savoir-faire.
- Manage the packaging area and restock supplies.
- Welcome clients and ensure their well-being.
- Replace the Doorman in their absence.
- Support the sales team with daily tasks to maintain smooth customer flow and deliver the highest quality of client service.
Qualifications
- At least initial experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong interest in client relations.
- Meticulous, versatile, organized, and responsive, with the ability to adapt quickly to the work environment.
- Discretion and exemplary behavior.
