Goldsmiths is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Lakeside showroom and mono-brand boutiques in West Thurrock, representing leading luxury watch and jewellery brands. The role focuses on exceptional client service, lasting relationships, personal and team targets, and continually developing product knowledge and jewellery expertise. Pay is £24,785 per annum (£12.71ph).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client service and ensure each client has an exceptional experience.
- Build lasting client relationships that extend beyond a single sale.
- Identify solutions that meet clients’ specific needs.
- Represent Goldsmiths and its partner brands with confidence and product knowledge.
- Work across the Goldsmiths showroom and mono-brand boutiques at Lakeside.
- Work towards personal and team targets.
- Develop and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise, sharing enthusiasm for the products.
