Golden Goose seeks a Technical Office Intern for the sneaker product development team in Venice. Support BOM creation and technical documentation for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical sheets for sneaker products
- Enter, update, and verify product information including materials, components, codes, and quantities in technical documentation
- Convert BOMs into production DIBAs while ensuring consistency and accuracy of all transferred information
- Cross-check data between different documents and systems to identify and report discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain technical documentation accuracy and completeness throughout the product development and production lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product and internal teams to collect and verify information required for technical documentation
- Perform administrative and data-entry activities related to product documentation
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and digital tools/databases
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, codes, data, and structured information
- Capacity to identify inconsistencies and proactively request clarification when information is incomplete
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English

Experience
No prior professional experience explicitly required; internship position suited to recent graduates or final-year students with foundational organizational and technical competencies.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of tertiary studies in a related field (e.g. supply chain, product design, engineering, or business administration) is advantageous.
