Golden Goose seeks a seasonal Sales Assistant in Istanbul to deliver exceptional client experiences, build relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and luxury retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to the Golden Goose brand heritage and values, crafting personalized total looks that reflect their personality and aspirations
- Actively engage in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies to achieve store business objectives
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to deliver personalized recommendations and offers
- Maintain appropriate visual displays and store standards in alignment with the brand's image and quality expectations
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations
- Utilize IT and digital platforms effectively (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of luxury retail experience
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor and understand industry trends and local market dynamics
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
