Golden Goose seeks a passionate Sales Assistant to introduce clients to the brand's heritage and values while crafting personalized total looks. This role is essential to building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales objectives, and delivering exceptional service through comprehensive product knowledge, omnichannel engagement, and strategic upselling. The Sales Assistant plays a pivotal role in store operations and maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce clients to the Golden Goose brand heritage and values, crafting personalized total looks that reflect their personality and aspirations
- Actively engage in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies to achieve store business objectives
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships through omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to deliver personalized recommendations and offers
- Maintain appropriate visual displays and store standards in alignment with the brand's image and quality expectations
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations
- Utilize IT and digital platforms effectively (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of luxury retail experience
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor and understand industry trends and local market dynamics
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong team player mentality
