Golden Goose seeks a passionate Sales Assistant to introduce clients to the brand's heritage and values whilst crafting personalized, complete looks that reflect each customer's personality and dreams. The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction and store business objectives through exceptional service, comprehensive product knowledge, and the cultivation of enduring client relationships across omnichannel touchpoints.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through curated product selections to express their personality and create complete, personalized looks aligned with the Golden Goose narrative
- Execute active sales techniques including product insights, recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling to achieve store business objectives
- Cultivate sustained customer relationships via omnichannel engagement, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms to deliver personalized updates, recommendations, and exclusive offers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand image and guidelines
- Execute opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and operational compliance with GDPR and health & safety protocols
- Utilize proprietary digital platforms including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in luxury retail environments
- Fluent English proficiency; Dutch language skills preferred
- Proven ability to understand and apply relevant industry trends and local market dynamics (online and offline)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
