Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage store sales targets through analysis of key performance indicators, implementing corrective action plans in consultation with the Area Manager
- Lead the team in achieving commercial objectives while maintaining qualitative standards and adhering to brand strategy
- Implement and oversee best-practice selling techniques including up-selling and cross-selling, integrating co-creation services into the client experience
- Foster customer satisfaction through personalized relationship-building, feedback collection, and responsive follow-up
- Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community, developing the customer database and ensuring proper client segmentation via the Golden App
- Drive omnichannel sales initiatives utilizing available technology platforms and digital tools
- Monitor industry and market trends, providing strategic recommendations to Area Management for sales improvement
- Communicate brand vision, heritage, and values to colleagues and clients, highlighting product iconic elements
- Ensure appropriate store merchandising assortment aligned with market and client needs, providing feedback to buying team
- Maintain comprehensive store presentation, visual display standards, and product positioning in accordance with brand guidelines
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and empower the store team through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Conduct daily and weekly in-store briefings to motivate staff and establish achievable objectives
- Support onboarding experiences for new team members
- Enforce adherence to staff grooming and uniform standards per brand guidelines
- Oversee recruitment activities in coordination with the Area Manager and HR department
- Manage employee performance development processes and provide constructive feedback
- Supervise all store operations including stock management and execution of standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with corporate regulations, governance requirements, GDPR protocols, and Health & Safety standards
