Golden Goose seeks a dedicated Stock Keeper to maintain optimal inventory levels and support the retail excellence of its Milan flagship store. Responsible for goods receipt, merchandise restocking, warehouse reordering, and regular inventory audits, the Stock Keeper ensures seamless supply chain operations while contributing to an exceptional customer experience and upholding the brand's vision of authenticity and craftsmanship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through proactive monitoring and adjustments to meet sales objectives
- Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals and manage packaging for customer shipments and returns
- Conduct regular stock checks and monthly sample inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre- and post-sale activities, customer fidelization, and store operations
- Welcome clients warmly and communicate Golden Goose's brand heritage, vision, and product authenticity
- Actively maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening, closing, inventory reconciliation, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations
- Utilize digital retail tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail environments
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and task prioritization capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
