Stock Keeper at Golden Goose Milan: Manage inventory and merchandise in our luxury retail flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through proactive monitoring and adjustments to meet sales objectives
- Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals and manage packaging for customer shipments and returns
- Conduct regular stock checks and monthly sample inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre- and post-sale activities, customer fidelization, and store operations
- Welcome clients warmly and communicate Golden Goose's brand heritage, vision, and product authenticity
- Actively maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening, closing, inventory reconciliation, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety regulations
- Utilize digital retail tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail environments
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
