Golden Goose Stock Keeper position in Istanbul (Zorlu) — luxury retail inventory management role requiring Turkish and English fluency and 1–3 years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals and manage packaging of items for customer shipments and returns
- Conduct regular stock checks and monthly sample inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with sales plans and store objectives
- Welcome clients warmly and represent the Golden Goose brand vision and heritage authentically
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams on stock activities, customer fidelization, and store-related activities
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring products align with brand standards
- Execute store operational procedures including opening/closing protocols, GDPR compliance, and health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance business processes
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and information sharing with colleagues
Qualifications
- Fluency in Turkish and English (additional languages considered a plus)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Effective time management with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
