Golden Goose seeks a Stock Keeper to maintain optimal inventory levels and support exceptional customer experience at its Athens flagship. The role encompasses goods receipt, restocking, warehouse reordering, and monthly inventory audits while ensuring seamless integration with the sales team. The Stock Keeper collaborates with colleagues to uphold retail excellence standards and represents the brand's heritage and vision authentically to clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in alignment with sales plans and objectives, conducting regular stock checks and monthly sample audits
- Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals, manage packaging for customer shipments and returns, and coordinate warehouse reordering
- Welcome clients warmly and foster a sense of community, representing Golden Goose's vision and values authentically
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre- and post-sale activities, customer fidelization, and all store operations
- Actively contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising, ensuring products showcase the brand's image and standards
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, GDPR compliance, and health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively, including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages a plus)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Strong team player with collaborative spirit
