Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in alignment with sales plans and objectives, conducting regular stock checks and monthly sample audits
- Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals, manage packaging for customer shipments and returns, and coordinate warehouse reordering
- Welcome clients warmly and foster a sense of community, representing Golden Goose's vision and values authentically
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre- and post-sale activities, customer fidelization, and all store operations
- Actively contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising, ensuring products showcase the brand's image and standards
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, GDPR compliance, and health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively, including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages a plus)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
