Golden Goose is seeking a Stock Associate in Barcelona to manage inventory, goods receipt, replenishment and stockroom reordering while supporting customer experience, sales activities and store standards. The role also covers shipment and return packaging, inventory checks, store operations, GDPR and health and safety compliance, and use of Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth. Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure continuous supply, support the sales plan and achieve sales objectives, monitoring stock levels and making necessary adjustments.
• Receive goods, replenish stock and reorder warehouse inventory.
• Welcome clients warmly and help them feel part of the Global Golden Community.
• Oversee weekly merchandise arrivals; manage packaging for customer shipments and returns; conduct regular stock checks and monthly sample inventory checks; and manage inventory overall.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment through communication and information sharing.
• Support sales and pre- and post-sales activities, including stock tasks and customer loyalty initiatives, as well as other store activities.
• Communicate Golden Goose’s vision and heritage to clients and represent its values authentically.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Golden Goose’s iconic products and elements, and share the company’s visions and projects with clients.
• Contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining visual displays and store standards and ensuring products reflect the brand’s image and standards.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
• Use digital and IT tools to support business processes and customer engagement, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Customer focus, strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.
• Strong team-player orientation.
