Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using various drawing, illustration, and embellishment techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through a distinctive co-creation experience while upholding the brand's core values and narrative throughout their in-store journey
- Execute strategic sales activities including cross-selling and up-selling to achieve business objectives, supported by pre-sale consultation and post-sale customer loyalty initiatives
- Register customers on the Golden App to enable effective customer segmentation, profiling, and loyalty program engagement
- Maintain the co-creation workspace to visual merchandising standards, ensuring an inspiring and organized environment for client interactions
- Manage store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory control, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Leverage digital and IT tools effectively—including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth—to optimize business processes and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (additional language proficiency preferred)
- Demonstrated artistic skills and hand-drawing capabilities, particularly in marker, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma minimum; background in design preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time management competencies
