Golden Goose seeks a passionate Sneaker Maker to join its retail team in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area, delivering an extraordinary shopping experience through personalized storytelling and the signature LAB customization service. The role combines artistic craftsmanship with customer-centric luxury retail, requiring the creation of one-of-a-kind sneaker pieces while maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and fostering deep brand connection with clientele. This position entails flexibility to travel across the country representing the brand at exclusive events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction and brand storytelling, embodying Golden Goose values and authenticity
- Communicate comprehensive product knowledge and accurately describe items alongside customization options available through the LAB service
- Anticipate customer needs with empathy and curate highly personalized shopping journeys while assisting clients through the customization process
- Create and deliver bespoke, one-of-a-kind sneaker pieces through the signature LAB experience with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain impeccable LAB condition and uphold rigorous visual merchandising standards across all retail spaces
- Participate as an active team member in accomplishing collective goals and maximizing sales performance
- Travel throughout assigned regions to represent the brand at exclusive sneaker maker events and experiential activations
- Stay current with Golden Goose product information, brand heritage, and innovative design developments
