Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using various drawing and illustration techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through a distinctive co-creation experience while maintaining brand values, storytelling, and visual merchandising standards
- Drive business objectives through proactive sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling of complementary products and services
- Register customers on the Golden App to enable effective customer segmentation, profiling, and loyalty engagement
- Maintain the co-creation workspace in compliance with visual merchandising standards and store aesthetic requirements
- Execute store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Leverage digital tools and platforms—Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth—to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages considered advantageous
- Demonstrated artistic skills and hand-drawing proficiency
- Proficiency in marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing techniques
- Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
