Golden Goose seeks a Sneaker Maker in Milan to deliver bespoke co-creation experiences combining artistic craftsmanship with retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing, illustration, and hand-embellishment techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through an immersive co-creation experience that reinforces brand values and storytelling
- Execute strategic cross-selling and upselling activities to achieve store sales targets and business goals
- Register customers on the Golden App for effective segmentation and customer loyalty profiling
- Maintain the co-creation area to visual merchandising standards and operational cleanliness
- Support pre-sale and post-sale operations including inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and customer retention initiatives
- Utilize digital tools including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to optimize business processes and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety regulations, and company operational standards
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are valued
- Proven retail or customer service experience
- Strong artistic skills and proficiency in hand-drawing and illustration techniques
- Demonstrated ability in embroidery and basic sewing
- High school diploma or equivalent; background in design is preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management capabilities
