The Sneaker Maker role centers on delivering co-creation services that transform Golden Goose products into distinctive, personalized pieces reflecting individual client identity and needs. The position combines artistic expertise with retail acumen, inviting the incumbent to inspire deep brand connections through bespoke customization experiences, supported by proactive sales engagement and comprehensive store operations management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery and basic sewing
- Guide clients through an immersive, branded co-creation experience that authentically conveys the brand's storytelling and values
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling and upselling whilst maintaining focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Execute pre-sale and post-sale support activities including inventory management, product registration on the Golden App, and customer loyalty initiatives
- Ensure proper customer registration and profiling on the Golden App to optimize customer segmentation and targeted engagement
- Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards and brand presentation guidelines
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory reconciliation, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Leverage digital tools and IT systems (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Demonstrated artistic and hand-drawing abilities across multiple media
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma as minimum; design field background preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities
- Empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business and customer needs

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, though not mandatory. The role values artistic capability and creative expression as equally as commercial retail background.
Education
