Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery and basic sewing
- Guide clients through an immersive, branded co-creation experience that authentically conveys the brand's storytelling and values
- Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling and upselling whilst maintaining focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Execute pre-sale and post-sale support activities including inventory management, product registration on the Golden App, and customer loyalty initiatives
- Ensure proper customer registration and profiling on the Golden App to optimize customer segmentation and targeted engagement
- Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards and brand presentation guidelines
- Assist with store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory reconciliation, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Leverage digital tools and IT systems (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Demonstrated artistic and hand-drawing abilities across multiple media
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma as minimum; design field background preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities
- Empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business and customer needs
