Golden Goose seeks a Sneaker Maker in Brussels to create personalized products with clients and deliver an engaging co-creation experience. The role also supports sales, customer loyalty, inventory and store operations, while maintaining the co-creation area and using Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
- Guide clients through a distinctive co-creation experience, upholding the brand’s values and storytelling throughout their store journey.
- Contribute proactively to sales goals through cross-selling and up-selling, and support pre- and post-sale activities, including inventory management and customer loyalty efforts.
- Ensure customers are registered on the Golden App for effective segmentation and profiling.
- Maintain the co-creation area in good condition in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.
- Use digital and IT tools to support business processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or customer service, is a plus.
- At least a high school degree; a design-related field is preferred.
