Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using various drawing and illustration techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through a distinctive co-creation experience whilst maintaining the brand's core values and heritage narrative throughout their in-store journey
- Execute strategic cross-selling and up-selling activities to achieve sales targets, whilst managing pre-sale and post-sale operations including inventory oversight and customer loyalty initiatives
- Register customers on the Golden App to facilitate effective customer segmentation and personalized profiling
- Maintain the co-creation workspace to the highest visual merchandising standards, ensuring an inspiring and immaculate environment
- Support store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety protocols
- Utilise digital and IT platforms proficiently to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth systems
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency considered advantageous
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environments preferred
