Golden Goose seeks a Sneaker Maker in Barcelona to co-create personalized footwear and deliver exceptional customer experiences in retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients employing drawing, illustration, and artistic techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through a bespoke co-creation experience whilst maintaining brand values and authentic storytelling throughout their store visit
- Execute strategic sales activities including cross-selling and upselling to meet business targets, supported by comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale engagement
- Register and profile customers within the Golden App system to enable effective customer segmentation and loyalty initiatives
- Maintain the co-creation workspace to visual merchandising standards and aesthetic excellence
- Execute store operational procedures including opening and closing protocols, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Leverage digital platforms and systems (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to streamline business processes and enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages considered advantageous)
- High school diploma minimum; design education or background preferred
- Demonstrated artistic skills and hand-drawing proficiency
- Problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Strong empathy with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
