Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, embroidery, and basic sewing
- Guide clients through an immersive co-creation experience while upholding brand storytelling and values
- Execute proactive sales activities including strategic cross-selling and up-selling to achieve business objectives
- Register customers on the Golden App for targeted segmentation and profiling
- Maintain the co-creation workspace to visual merchandising standards
- Manage store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, inventory control, and GDPR and health & safety compliance
- Leverage IT and digital tools including Golden App, SalesForce, Xstore, and Stealth to optimize customer engagement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated artistic aptitude with hand-drawing capabilities across multiple media (marker, watercolor, acrylic)
- Proficiency in embroidery and basic sewing techniques
- Minimum high school diploma; design background preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
