Golden Goose Sneaker Maker position in Abu Dhabi The Grove—combine artistic craftsmanship with luxury retail sales in bespoke sneaker customization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing, illustration, hand-painting (marker, watercolor, acrylic), and embroidery techniques to transform standard sneakers into bespoke pieces
- Guide clients through the full co-creation journey, embodying the brand's values and storytelling narrative to foster authentic, meaningful connections
- Execute strategic sales activities including cross-selling and up-selling, supported by pre-sale and post-sale operations encompassing inventory management and customer loyalty initiatives
- Register clients on the Golden App to enable precise customer segmentation, profiling, and personalized engagement
- Maintain the co-creation area to premium visual merchandising standards, ensuring an inspiring and immaculate environment for client consultations
- Execute store operational procedures including opening and closing protocols, inventory reconciliation, and adherence to GDPR and health & safety compliance standards
- Leverage digital tools and platforms (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to optimize business processes, transaction management, and customer data integrity
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency advantageous
- Artistic abilities with demonstrated hand-drawing proficiency (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting)
- Basic embroidery and sewing skills
- Problem-solving and time management capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent, ideally with design background
- Empathy, strong communication, and interpersonal skills with collaborative team orientation
- Adaptability to evolving business and customer needs
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
