Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with comprehensive product knowledge and brand storytelling, guiding them in creating personalized, complete looks that reflect their individuality
- Drive sales performance through active recommendation of products and effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies aligned with customer needs
- Build and maintain meaningful long-term customer relationships by leveraging omnichannel practices, digital tools, and personalized communication to deliver timely offers and recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation according to brand guidelines, ensuring products are displayed to reinforce brand image and aesthetic
- Execute store operational procedures including opening/closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Utilize point-of-sale and digital systems proficiently, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth, to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages considered advantageous
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail environments
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify and interpret industry trends and local market dynamics across digital and physical channels
