- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending complementary items, and implementing strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques

- Contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising by maintaining appropriate product displays in accordance with brand image and standards
- Support store operational procedures including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement, including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English; additional language proficiency considered an asset
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand industry trends and local market dynamics (online and offline)
